Developing Leaders in Home Care
At LQCS Ltd, we offer professional, personalised in-house training for all of our care support workers. We don’t simply work to the highest standards of person-centred home care: We train all of our team members to understand, defend, and champion these standards as they grow their own skills and careers.
What are your goals as a Carer?
- To deliver the highest quality of care, based on accredited training, the guidance of experienced mentors, and supported work experience?
- To grow the skills and experience required to care for specialist clients, such as individuals with complex health conditions, disabilities, brain injuries, or dementia?
